Precision Health Plus operates as a direct-pay, membership-based practice and does not bill commercial insurance for membership services. HSA/FSA payment may be accepted when eligible.

Traditional primary care often focuses on routine disease management and acute concerns. Precision Health Plus focuses on prevention, advanced biomarkers, healthspan optimization, and longitudinal physician access.

Labs vary by clinical need and may include cardiovascular, metabolic, hormonal, inflammatory, and other longevity-focused biomarkers. Lab costs are separate from membership fees unless specifically stated.

Yes, when clinically appropriate and permitted by state law. Medications, compounded therapies, and pharmacy costs are billed separately.

Members can communicate through the secure patient portal. Routine messages receive a response within the stated business timeframe. Emergency concerns should be handled through emergency services.

Memberships may be cancelled with 30 days’ notice unless otherwise stated in the service agreement.

Many patients keep their existing primary care relationship while using Precision Health Plus for longevity and optimization care. Records can be shared with your care team when appropriate.
